How it works
Getting started, in three steps
Step 1: Reach out
Send a message, call, or email. A sentence or two is plenty. You don't need to explain everything.
Step 2: We find a time
We pick a time that suits you. We are open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Step 3: We talk
Each session is 50 minutes. You can simply be yourself, feel heard, and take things one step at a time.
